每天晚上睡覺前及每天早上剛醒來各做一次即可:

  1. 肚臍正上方一指幅處(約2公分)揉 50下.
  2. 肚臍左右各三指幅處揉50下.
  3. 肚臍下方4指幅處揉50下.
