Quick Chinese Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients :
  • 4 cups seasoned chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2-3 green onions finely diced
Directions :
  1. Bring broth and peas to boil in large saucepan. Slowly add egg to boiling broth, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with onions. Serve hot.
